For local people in housing need and people starting new land based projects on Tombreck Farm

The new build eco-houses would be available for rent, or through a shared equity scheme such as a Mutual Home Ownership Society (MHOS)

The Tombreck Action Group (TAG) is carrying out a feasibility study looking at aspects such as house designs, costs, planning permission, legalities, potential funding and options for self build.

And are looking for more people to join the group-
